Nicolas Tye Architects approached us to create a truely modern environment for their own award winning studio. Nicolas Tye's Barn also featured in Grand Designs Modern Office A brand new construction, iteQliving were commissioned to install all aspects of electrical wiring, lighting, audio/video distribution, Data/Voice Networking, CCTV & Gate Automation as just part of integration of our design into the new offices. With a few other personal touches such as hidden Plasterboard Speakers, Finger Print Entry and Niko Total Control, these offices are truly modern in design.
